The list below shows the rates for our main activities, which assumes clean and legible audio, typed and written files supplied by clients.  Should there be any issue with the legibility of material sent to us, we will contact you prior to commencing work.

• Standard audio transcription                            £0.80 / audio min
• Interview transcription**                                 £1.00 / audio min
• Transcription (hand written copy)                    £9.50 / 1000 words
• Transcription (typed copy)                              £9.00 / 1000 words

VAT is chargeable on all transactions.

It should be noted that the rates above are for a standard 48 hour turnaround with discounts available for longer turnarounds:

• 3 day turnaround minus 5p / audio minute
• One week turnaround minus 10p / audio minute

**The rates for Interview transcription assumes a one to one interview and larger groups attract a supplement as follows:

• 3 to 4 persons plus 10p / audio minute
• 5 to 6 persons plus 20p / audio minute
• 7 to 8 persons plus 30p / audio minute

Medical transcription attracts a supplement of 10p / audio minute.

VAT is chargeable on all transactions.

All the aforementioned prices are inclusive of the typist proof reading the completed document prior to release.
